Program Outcomes are to be measure through end-of-the-semester course evaluations using a Likert Scale
- Provide faculty/staff level individual academic support
- Provide peer level academic support
- Introduce FTC to critical campus resources (Writing Center, Office Financial Planning, Service Learning, Undergraduate Research, etc.)
- Engage FTC in/with relevant campus/community academic activities and opportunities (lab tours, campus lectures/performances/installations, etc.)
- Engage FTC in professional networking on and off campus (guest lectures from other faculty, community/industry leaders, etc.)
- Foster student Validation (through course interactions, assignments, engagement with campus resources, and interaction with faculty/staff/PLAs in and out of class)
- Introduce FTC to pressing issues/hot topics in area of FIG focus
Through intentional implementation of the above, we will enhance student success metrics including FTC retention, as well as four- and six-year graduation rates (to be measured through institutional-level data).
